What music style do you play?
I predominantly play deep house, tech house and techno. I’m also feeling the chilled and melodic side of dubstep..
What equipment did you use to create this mix?
2x Pioneer CDJ-1000 mk2, A&H x:one 92, Korg Kaoss Pad 3 (For some subtle fx).
What is your favourite producer and/or label?
My Favorite production team right now is the German trio, Afrilounge. Their tracks and remixes are always based on a super deep groove and have some really nice percussion and melancholic hooks on top. I’m really feeling this sound at the moment! One of my favorite labels is the ever reliable Buzzin’ fly. I’ve loved this label’s output since its launch and they have released many of my favorite deep house tracks of all time.

Where will you be DJing in the future?
I’m a resident at ‘Music for tea Parties’ which is a Southampton and Brighton based night (see Myspace link below) Our next event is in Brighton on 30th August @ The Thomas Kemp. I will be playing along side fellow residents Aaron Blyth, Timmer and guests.
I am also involved with ‘OUTOFTHEVOID.CO.UK’ which is an online community for the south coast dance music scene. We put on parties, which I play at regularly, in Bristol, Southampton, Portsmouth, Brighton and Winchester. All proceeds from these events are donated to our chosen charity, Oxfam/Oxjam.
